The
Manager of Operations is responsible for managing the overall operations closely in conjunction with leaders and functional areas of the business. Working to continuously improve the operational procedures, systems, and principles in information flow and management, business processes, and enhanced management reporting. Responsible for leading a team of subject matter experts.A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Manages a team that analyzes, implements, and monitors workforce planning initiatives to optimize and scale the evolving workforce and long-range plans.
- Responsible for managing the collaboration between business leaders, strategic planning, HR, Finance and other stakeholders across the company to review existing and future workforce needs and to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial goals.
- Collects, interprets and evaluates workforce metrics to provide data-driven insights for internal and external talent pool assessments, headcount reviews, forecasting, and business scenario planning; reviews processes and monitors plan effectiveness.
- Manage a team of non-clinical staff, ensuring adherence to turnaround times, customer service standards, and quality control measures.
- Oversee/participate in the hiring process of all assigned positions in accordance with Company policy and local, state, and federal employment law.
- Adheres to the confidentiality of HIPAA-protected health information. Maintains confidentiality of patient information
- Uses data to optimize outcomes and organizational success
- Responsible for the management of KPIs and quality improvement indicators
- Responsible for ensuring excellent customer service to patients, referral partners, and others

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of related work experience
- Management experience
- Professional experience in the healthcare industry
