RESPONSIBILITIES


:


  • Act in accordance as a system owner and/or subject matter expert (SME) for LSL’s WMS, DMS, and TMS software as it relates to DSCSA serialization
  • Manage all client/customer product serialization activities of WMS, DMS, and TMS across business units
  • Analyze, research, and resolve escalated level 3 WMS, DMS, and TMS serialization problem cases.  Perform or facilitate vendor root cause analysis (RCA) of encountered issues
  • Develop test cases and test holistic system strategies to facilitate the highest level of productivity and quality across applications and platforms
  • Assess various WMS, DMS, and TMS project testing needs and ensure adequate test coverage across functional, integration, performance, and security elements.  Identify and automate testing where appropriate

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB SPECIFICATIONS


:


  • Experience in WMS and DMS functionality and configuration
  • Knowledge of the FDA Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) and GS1 EPCIS file contents
  • Technical diploma or certification preferred
  • 3-5 years of progressive WMS and DMS experience required
  • Medical device or Pharma experience preferred

Demonstration of the following:

  • Ability to identify critical data and formulate into technical issue remediation
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in cross-functional teams with internal and external customers
  • Ability to work effectively and independently in a changing fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to conduct appropriate research as needed
  • Attention to detail and organization

TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:


  • Navigate through ERP systems – Tecsys Elite, Cognos (in lieu of Tecsys Elite and Cognos, industry experience with other WMS and Analytics systems will be considered)
  • Knowledge of XML and EPCIS standard data formats
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel (including Statistics and Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Word

  • Previous experience in logistical supply chain application development is a plus
