The Bonadio Group is currently seeking a Seasonal Administrative Professional in our New York City Office from August 2024 through October 2024.
Requirements
Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc.
Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, etc., to produce error-free work
Track engagements with the use of Access software
Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems
Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others
Organize, update, and maintain calendars
Manage multiple priorities
Dependability is critical
QualificationsRequired:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Certificate
Minimum of two years of relevant experience
Excellent time management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing
Ability to multi-task, take direction, but also work independently
Superior level of accuracy in work and attention to detail
Preferred:
Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
Strong customer service skills
Strong verbal and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite inclusive of Outlook and Excel
Hours of Operation
Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday
We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
NYC Wage
The pay rate for the Seasonal Administrative Professional position in New York City will be $22.00/hour. Benefits are not included for this position.
