The Bonadio Group is currently seeking a Seasonal Administrative Professional in our New York City Office from August 2024 through October 2024.

Requirements



  • Assist with the processing of tax returns, extensions, estimates, notices, etc. 

  • Assist in the preparation, proofreading, editing, and processing of documents including, but not limited to, correspondence, financial statements, client-related correspondence, etc., to produce error-free work

  • Track engagements with the use of Access software

  • Paper and electronic filing of client information; maintenance of filing systems

  • Coordinate internal or external communications between supervisor and others

  • Organize, update, and maintain calendars

  • Manage multiple priorities

  • Dependability is critical

QualificationsRequired:


  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Certificate

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience

  • Excellent time management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing

  • Ability to multi-task, take direction, but also work independently

  • Superior level of accuracy in work and attention to detail

Preferred:


  • Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite inclusive of Outlook and Excel

Hours of Operation


  • Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

  • Our summer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to noon on Friday

  • We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times

NYC Wage


The pay rate for the Seasonal Administrative Professional position in New York City will be $22.00/hour.
