The
Support Specialist, Sales
will answer inbound sales calls generated from our dynamic ecommerce website. This person is responsible for generating sales to meet or exceed monthly sales goals, offering an exceptional customer experience through high touch, high quality interactions.The successful candidate will be highly motivated and driven by performance. They will have exceptional communication skills, and sales expertise, with a track record for building customer rapport and loyalty, upselling additional products and services, and surpassing sales and revenue metrics.
This candidate will also have at least 1+ years of sales experience in a contact center environment.
Essential job functions:
- Respond within to all sales related inbound calls, emails, and chats from both current and potential customers, providing superior tire knowledge and technical assistance to finalize and close the sale.
- Proactively make outbound calls, as needed, to current and potential customers to identify opportunities to increase tire sale revenues.
- Meet or exceed all individual and department KPIs and performance goals by uncovering the customers’ needs and offering exceptional sales and service to close the sale.
- Listens and learns our products to become a subject matter expert and voice for our brand.
- Effectively manages change related to promotional offerings, new products, technology, processes and systems.
- Ensure the accurate processing of orders on a daily basis.
- Treat all customers, co-workers, vendors, suppliers, and installers with respect, professionalism and integrity.
- Communicates and partners effectively with the Management team regarding business issues.
- Complies with adherence and scheduling requirements (attendance, productivity, timely call response, etc.).
- Display a professional manner when dealing with internal and external customers.

- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ years of selling experience in a call center environment
- Experience with inbound and outbound product and service sales
- Demonstrates self motivation and initiative
- Able to effectively manage time and achieve productivity goals
- Strong communication skills
- Goal oriented and driven by sales success
- Able to incorporate feedback and coaching for continuous learning and improvement
- Schedule flexibility, willingness to work one Saturday a month
- Experience using microsoft/google suite and contact center technology
- Able to effectively prioritize and multitask
- Automotive experience is preferred

Working Conditions and Physical Effort
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Talking through the computer for many meetings and one-to-one conversations
- Continuous viewing of a computer monitor and data entry.
- Travel as necessary (<10%).
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. This position is primarily paid on highly incentivized commission structure.The starting compensation is expected to be:$19.50/Hour
