We seek a candidate with a strong analytical mindset, excellent data interpretation skills, and the ability to turn insights into actionable steps. You will generate actionable data, conduct thorough research, and effectively communicate findings to drive prospect and client engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop Segmentation Strategies: Create and implement innovative strategies to identify and target specific prospect and client groups.
  • Understand Customer Profiles: Utilize firmographic, demographic, and behavioral segmentation techniques to identify and target key audience segments.
  • Conduct Research: Perform in-depth research to create targeted lists based on client personas, geographical regions, market trends, buying committees, and shared challenges.
  • Analyze Data: Examine large datasets to uncover trends and insights across diverse channels that inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align segmentation efforts with business objectives.
  • Deliver Recommendations: Contribute to the delivery of audience segments, targeted recommendations, process automation, and comprehensive analytical support.
  • Create Reports: Develop detailed reports and visualizations to present findings and recommendations clearly and compellingly.
  • Monitor Strategies: Continuously assess the effectiveness of segmentation strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Utilize Analytical Tools: Use advanced analytical tools and techniques, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning, to improve segmentation accuracy.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain data accuracy through rigorous quality control processes and ongoing validation for both scheduled and ad-hoc campaigns.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to refine segmentation methodologies.
  • Communicate Insights: Present complex data insights through storytelling, making them accessible and actionable for various stakeholders.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data analysis, segmentation, and client insights, preferably in a marketing or business context.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and software
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a must; experience with ZoomInfo, SpringHub, and other performance management and attribution tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Great project management skills.
