Full-timeDescription This in-office position is responsible for selling our Top Rated Digital Marketing Services to SMB prospects. In addition, you will call on new businesses to promote our Google Listing Services. The role is 100% phone-based, and leads are provided in our proprietary CRM system. The prospecting has already been done for you!

*** We offer a competitive base pay of $18/hr. Plus, uncapped commission paid weekly. Apply today and receive an additional sign-on bonus of $500+ after your first 90 days! ***

Responsibilities:


  • Make a high volume of outbound calls, via an auto-dialer, to small business owners.
  • Consistently following scripts and sales structure in a “one call close” model.
  • Use expert sales ability and knowledge of products or services to influence prospects to commit to the sale.
  • Complete orders by entering customer details by use of electronic equipment.
  • Navigation of the internet for quick research to better understand the prospective client and their business.
  • Contribute to team success by accomplishing daily and weekly sales goals.
  • Overcome customer objections

Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Must have a closer personality and excellent cold-calling skills
  • 1+ years of outbound sales skills or other equivalent experience
  • High level of professionalism, excellent phone etiquette, and ability to articulate effectively
  • Strong self-motivation and dedication to overcome any objections and close deals
  • Strong knowledge of technology, internet navigation, and excellent typing skills
  • Strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Must align with our company values and be highly Growth Minded, Results Oriented, Inspirational, Innovative, Accountable, and Transparent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS


  • Prolonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
