WellSky is seeking a
Client Success Executive, which is a dynamic, client-facing role responsible for developing and maintaining deep relationships with our clients. The Client Success Executive will use a programmatic approach to deliver processes and best practices to our clients. This role ensures that our clients receive the highest possible return on investment and satisfaction from our suite of solutions and services.A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Developing deep relationships with clients and key personnel
- Single point of contact for key stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the partnership
- Leveraging operational data to identify areas of client and business opportunities for improvement. You will proactively engage with an assigned set of clients to understand their opportunities and navigate client partnerships and experiences with our solutions.
- Assisting in developing and measuring success metrics and ROI
- Driving additional value by encouraging deeper feature adoption
- Generating and sharing educational resources, training, and industry best practices
- Creating Client Value Annual Plan, by establishing clear goals and milestones with the client
- Synthesizing client feedback and working with internal teams to respond to client needs
- Producing evangelists and advocating among your client bases
- Helping clients attain value by proactively managing solution implementation and support concerns.
- Managing client relationships to improve referencability and overall retention.
Do you have what it takes?
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 4-6 years of related experience
- Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business, leadership, technology, or analytical in nature
- Previous account management or client success experience
- Training and/or public speaking experience
