The Treasury Analyst provides operational and analytical support services to the Treasury department as noted in the key duties and responsibilities.
Primary Functions & Essential Responsibilities:
• Manage daily cash process including reconciliation, reporting, and initiation of wire payments• Manage positive pay authorizations and ACH fraud filters• Prepare 13-week cash flow forecast to project future cash needs• Assist Director of Treasury with monthly Borrowing Base file preparation• Manage loan tranche continuation and interest accrual• Assist Director of Treasury with preparation of Earnings Call materials. Work closely with FP&A team on creating necessary support schedules• Assist Director of Treasury with tracking and reviewing EBITDA exclusions• Monitor requests from Accounting and Accounts Payable business partners• Assist with audits and regulatory reporting as needed• Assist with ad hoc requests
Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a similar field• 2-5 years of relevant treasury or corporate finance experience with emphasis on cash management, cash forecasting, cash flow and liquidity analysis.• Ability to effectively understand and navigate through credit agreements is preferred• Experience with financial management systems such as Great Plains and Oracle• Advanced Excel experience
