We are currently seeking an Analyst in our Advisory Service Line to assist clients with efficiency studies, internal control evaluations, policy and procedure reviews, cost reduction studies, and special projects. Special projects may include fraud investigations, forensic accounting and litigation support.

Responsibilities



  • Work directly with experienced Bonadio consultants to assist clients with a variety of financial and operational studies and projects

  • Communicate directly with clients to perform information gathering interviews, request data and documentation and present final reports, analysis and recommendations

  • Conduct consulting fieldwork - interviews, walkthroughs, process-mapping exercises, data analysis, compliance testing, etc.

  • Perform testing and analytical procedures with large datasets

  • Write comprehensive reports detailing project procedures, observations, findings and recommendations, based on work completed, industry research, experience and knowledge

  • Manage multiple ongoing consulting engagements simultaneously

Qualifications


Required:



  • A minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, business advisory, business analytics, project management or another related field of study

  • A minimum of six months intern experience in finance, accounting, business consulting, business analytics or related field

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Advanced MS Excel skills

  • Ability to work with a team of multi-disciplined professionals

  • Ability to travel if needed, travel is estimated to be about 30% dependent upon client engagements

Preferred:



  • CPA license 

  • CFE license 

Hours Of Operation:



  • Our office hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday

  • Our summer hours are from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and from 8:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. on Fridays  

  • We pride ourselves on our flexibility; however the ability to work additional hours will be needed at peak times
