ESSENTIAL TASKS & DUTIES:
- Pre-commission activities including system checkout, instrumentation calibration, loop checks, and communication testing.
- Test and tune including machinery testing, control loop tuning and troubleshooting.
- Remote technical support, systems engineering support and troubleshooting.
- Prepare administrative (expenses, reports, etc.) and aftermarket support.
- Training of after sales service.
- Support marketing promotion activities such as road shows & seminars.
- Ensuring safety quality standards are maintained including industry safety practices established by customer.
- Ensuring high level of technical knowledge and skill in order to promote new service accounts as well as maintaining existing accounts.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Feedback service report, week plan and other mail with in 48Hr.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics or chemical from four-year College or university; or related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3 or more year’s progressive experience testing, troubleshooting, and repairing electronic instrumentation.
- Ability to work from schematics, formal written test procedures and verbal instructions.
- Familiar with Lab instruments and standards a plus.
- Ability to proficiently use computers and information technology.
- Knowledge of Windows Microsoft Office and company product-related software.
- Basic training skills preferred.
- Good communication skills of Chinese and English, including writing and spoken.
