The Project Manager, Enterprise Operations will report directly to the SVP, Strategic Execution & Transformation. In this highly visible mid-level role, the Project Manager, Enterprise Operations will manage complex enterprise initiatives that directly impact the scalability and performance of RealPage, including the end-to-end integration of newly acquired and formerly acquired companies.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the creation and/or transformation of scalable business processes
- Serve as the single point of contact for formerly or newly acquired companies until organization is successfully integrated
- Responsible for driving and providing project management for assigned strategic initiatives & M&A integration programs
- Identify, scope and schedule project deliverables, resources, milestones and required activities and tasks involving a cross-functional team
- Provide analysis, status reports, and metrics to key Stakeholders on a regular cadence
- Manage and escalate risks and issues as needed, anticipate program needs, and formulate solutions, and respond to the variability involved in any key initiative
- Facilitate day-to-day coordination among team members ensuring the project team stays on track to completion
- Monitor and report ongoing project health
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree preferred
- 5+ years’ strategic initiatives/project management experience with 2+ years’ experience in pre/post integration activities related to M&A
- Experience working with tech product teams and supporting product enablement initiatives
- Experience leading multiple strategic initiatives / integrations
- Agile certification preferred
- Consulting experience with client-facing responsibilities
- Preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent
