NantHealth’s Clinical Content (Knowledge Base) Managers are oncology nurses who develop and maintain the Eviti Oncology Evidence-based Library.

Our Library contains over 4000 evidence-based oncology treatment regimens used to support quality cancer care and its reimbursement.  These oncology Library regimens support the Eviti’s pre-authorization tool (Eviti Connect) and decision support software (Eviti Advisor).The Clinical Content Manager is a detail-oriented, experienced oncology nurse who loves learning and using his/her knowledge. The successful applicant will review national clinical practice guidelines and analyze relevant oncology research to build and maintain the Eviti Library. The successful applicant will also review and help automate client Medical Policy as well as Medicare policy and coverage determinations. The Clinical Content Manager is responsible for the accuracy and comprehensiveness of the Library.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • Build and review oncology treatment regimens for the Library based on clinical studies and oncology clinical practice guidelines
  • Facilitate ongoing review and update of Library regimens based on NCCN guideline and FDA label changes
  • Perform Annual Reviews as assigned to ensure Library is up to date
  • Work with manager, mentor, and senior team members to prioritize, plan, and execute Library management
  • Collaborate extensively with colleagues to evaluate, develop, and review Library content to ensure accuracy, currency, and appropriateness
  • Conduct medical literature searches and review results
  • Work with teammates to ensure Library changes accommodate Medical Policy and Pathways
  • Analyze Medical Policy and create rules to enable client Medical Policy, Oncology Pathways, and Medicare coverage determinations
  • Participate on project teams to improve Eviti’s clinical content and software functionality

Required Certifications or License:


  • Current Active Unrestricted Registered Nursing License 
  • OCN certification preferred

Education & Experience:  


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing strongly preferred
  • 5 years prior experience in Oncology
  • Research & writing experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities


  • General and disease-specific Oncology expertise including cancer classification, staging, diagnosis, treatment, and standards of care
  • Strong knowledge of oncology practice
  • Knowledge of insurance industry and payer medical policy preferred
  • Experience and knowledge in autoimmune diseases is preferred
  • Demonstrated excellence in attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Excellent computer and internet skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software (e.g., Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Experience with content/data management software preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of cancer genomics and biomarkers preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to work and manage workload independently
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members
  • Ability to balance multiple competing priorities and adhere to timelines
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to evolving business needs

The salary range for remote US-based applicants for this position is below.  The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience as well as geographic location. 

  • $85,000 - $90,000 base salary, plus bonus potential.
