As an Accounts Receivable Analyst, you will serve as a liaison to the company's clients to record, enter, deposit, and reconcile all payments into the company's operating account.Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:30am – 5:00pmPay: Pay: $21 - $26/hr. Based on Experience
What you will be doing:
- Accurately invoice customers.
- Collection of past due accounts.
- Create and process required reports.
- Research billing issues and make corrections to invoices as needed.
- Communicate with the team through meetings, emails, and phone calls.
- Assist with transactions that require accounting authorization.
- Personal responsibility to manage change.
What are we looking for?
- This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products – specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with account systems.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of general ledger and accounting functions.
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to analyze spreadsheets and reports
- This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least one year of experience with accounts receivables.
