Position Summary
Wellby Financial is seeking an Enterprise & Franchise Partnership Coordinator to support engagements associated with our Enterprise partnership events. The ideal candidate will be a strong writer and communicator with excellent working relationships in marketing. They will have experience in corporate sponsorship support, event activation, partnership fulfillment, inventory management, customer service, partnership marketing, conceptual sales/fulfillment, and database administration.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist in the planning and execution of Wellby Financial activations at Rockets, Astros, and Moon 2 Mars events.
- Coordinate logistics for event setup, including signage, merchandise, and hospitality arrangements.
- Manage and coordinate the calendar for hundreds of team members and events schedules, ensuring seamless and efficient scheduling.
- Ensure all activation requirements are met, exceeding client and partner expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during events, managing on-site activities and resolving any issues.
- Manage distribution and inventory of promotional items, tickets, and autographed merchandise.
- Ensure seamless execution of sponsorship agreements, tracking all deliverables and deadlines.
- Maintain regular communication with the Rockets, Astros, Moon 2 Mars, and other partners to ensure alignment on event goals and activation plans.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and events teams to support partnership initiatives and deliverables.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize partner exposure and engagement at events.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of event materials and supplies.
- Track inventory levels of promotional items and manage reordering processes as needed.
- Support the marketing team with logistics planning and execution for all event activations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective event partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to partners and clients, ensuring their needs are met during events.
- Assist the marketing team in managing partner accounts and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to enhance partner visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for partnership and sponsorship.
- Collaborate with marketing services to collect and share best practices for event activations.
- Support the sales team in developing and presenting sponsorship proposals to potential partners.
- Ensure all sales commitments are fulfilled, providing regular status updates to sales leaders and partners.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with existing and prospective partners.
- Maintain accurate records of sponsorship and partnership details in the company CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and updates on event activations and sponsorship fulfillment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA)
- Knowledge of Wellby’s organizational functions and general operating policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of business English, spelling, and punctuation.
- Knowledge of retail product philosophy, banking industry best practices, and regulations.
- Knowledge of personal computer, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other software.
- Skilled in high-level customer service practices.
- Skilled in operating computer equipment and general office machines such as personal computers, copiers, projection equipment, audio/video, Microsoft Teams, Zoom Video Communications, and adding devices.
- Skilled in solid influence skills.
- Ability to work outside of business hours, occasional evenings or weekends, to attend events or meetings.
- Ability to assess business and customer needs and implement successful solutions using creativity, innovation, and judgment.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

- Must be able to occasionally lift items weighing up to 25 pounds across the branch and load them onto shelves for various needs.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Work involves the typical risks and discomforts associated with an office environment but is usually in an adequately cooled, heated, lighted, and ventilated area.
- Must be able to travel 75% within the Greater Houston Metro and surrounding areas.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in customer service in a marketing role and/or business development/account sales representative required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for stated qualifications.
- A valid Texas driver’s license and a clean driving record are required.
- Experience with financial services and products.
- Experience marketing business-to-consumer (“B2C”) and business-to-business (“B2B”) preferred.
