We are looking for a
Adaptive Planning Project Manager
who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
2-3 years’ experience project managing Financial ERP or Financial Planning system implementations (Required)
Experience with software implementations for medium or large enterprise organizations (Required)
Adaptive Planning or Workday Certified (Preferred)
Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, SAP, Oracle, Planful, Tableau or Microsoft BI experience (Preferred)
Licensed Certified Public Accountant (Preferred)
Experience with process improvement
Proficiency with various processes including: general close process, budgeting, chart of accounts re-design, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, and/or order-to-cash, required
Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs
Excellent organization, time management, business development and communication skills
Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
Manage the implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Adaptive Planning projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate competency in the Workday product suite
Work with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered
Assist in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWs
Work with client project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Assist in the transition of the customer from professional services to product support
Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
Work with clients on Workday best practices
Interact with colleagues, managers and clients face to face
Adapt to job requirement changes as the department grows
Travel 25%-45% at client request

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

A reasonable estimate of the current range salary is $110,000- $160,000.
