Responsibilities:
  • Install hardware and peripheral components like disk drives, a/v equipment, printers, keyboards, and monitors on user premises. 
  • Install and support operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other 3rd party programs  Identify system hardware, software, and operator problems.  Instruct users on software, manual, or equipment use. 
  • Provide break/fix Desktop/Helpdesk support for IT via the ticketing system (JIRA).
  • Provide user desktop setup for MacOS and Windows including experience with Active Directory and networking issues.
  • Maintain the office IT asset inventories
  • Maintain user access in Active Directory and Office365
  • Qualifications:

    • In-depth knowledge of Mac and PC operating systems, hardware troubleshooting, and repair.
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as a team
    • Organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
    • Coordinate with all IT information systems groups’ activities and escalation major problems
