Customer Service Representative, Repossession

ACERTUS is the only tech-enabled automotive logistics company to move, store, recondition, title & register finished vehicles. As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as a point of contact in maintaining vendor relationships, including assignment follow up, fee authorizations, and invoice approvals, contacting holding facility for impound details, and dispatching to the appropriate repossession agents. The Customer Service Representative will perform all duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, and all state and federal regulations.

Schedule


: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $18 - $22/hr. Based on Experience  


$200 - $500/month bonus potential.


What you will be doing:


  • Organize and work on Excel spreadsheets. 
  • Regularly input data. 
  • Make and receive multiple phone calls regarding repossession documents. 
  • Filter and distinguish emails regarding repossessions. 
  • Pull multiple reports in a day. 
  • Regularly update your Clients/Agents directly as needed. 
  • You must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.

What are we looking for?


  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to understand and interpret state-specific laws on third-party liens for storage and repairs.
  • Strong organizational, decision making and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work according to deadlines and client expectations.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • PC Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Personal responsibility to manage change.
  • Comfortable with being on the phone in escalated situations.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
