As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the relationship between the client and ACERTUS by serving as the primary point of contact. This position will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of the customer’s organizational needs and business objectives to create effective solutions that benefit both the customer and ACERTUS. Schedule: Monday thru FridayPay: $65,560 - $70,00/year. Based on Experience
$200 - $500/month bonus potential!
What will you be doing?
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Assist with servicing the clients on a day-to-day basis by helping with emails phone calls, order status & updates.
- Manage phone and email requests in an organized manner, answering questions regularly and forwarding non-routine inquiries as needed.
- Maintain effective and timely communication between New Order Processing Department, the Client Team & Dispatch.
- Maintain cross training efforts to develop a working knowledge of various operations departments.
- Proactively work with customers to forecast upcoming needs, build schedules, resolve customer service issues, as necessary.
- Serve as the liaison between key customers and internal teams.
- Must be willing and able to perform all other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, or equivalent years of experience required.
- Minimum of 4 years Customer Service experience in a high volume, multi-tasking environment
- Project Management experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced analytic abilities to make independent decisions and then justify the financial outcomes.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to interact with all levels of customer personnel.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office
- Passion for customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently.
- Critical thinking and Decision-Making Skills.
- Must be detail oriented, organized, able to plan effectively, prioritize and multi-task.
- Personal responsibility to manage change.
