We are looking for a
Director of Adaptive Planning
who is passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the ambition to be a driver for success.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
Adaptive Planning Certification (Required)
3+ Years experience with Adaptive Planning systems and deployment methodologies (Required)
5+ years in a people management role (Required)
2+ years of experience as a client relationship owner (Required)
Demonstrated ability to coach and guide fast-growing teams
Passion to train and develop direct reports, with various levels of experience
Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives
Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):
Develop and standardize processes across the department (staffing, client engagement, process improvement, methodology, and best practices)
Provide guidance and coaching to both managers and individual contributors to meet/exceed operating standards
Achieve and maintain high levels of client satisfaction, and overall success of Adaptive Planning
Act as escalation point for all Adaptive Planning customers
Assist sales in sales proposals and scoping
Engage with senior leadership on departmental or company initiatives
Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, and your team involved in changes or progress related to the project or department
Act as a mentor to your team and department
Limited Travel might be required on an ad-hoc basis
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
