Role Overview
As a Power Platform Developer at WennSoft, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging Microsoft's Power Platform to create innovative solutions that empower our clients and enhance our service offerings. You will be instrumental in:
- Designing and implementing customized solutions on Microsoft's Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translating them into efficient and scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Developing and maintaining data models, dashboards, and reports using Power BI to provide actionable insights.
- Customizing and extending functionality through Power Apps, ensuring a seamless user experience and optimizing business processes.
- Collaborating with Signature development team to deliver a migration path for Dynamics GP and Signature users to Business Central/F&O and our 3rd Party Power Platform solution in Dynamics CRM.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years proven experience as a Power Platform (also Dynamics CRM) Developer with a strong focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Proficiency in building canvas and model-driven apps, developing custom connectors, and integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft services.
- 3+ years development experience with C#
- Proficiency with Javascript/TypeScript
- Architecting Power Platform Solutions & development pipelines/infrastructure
- Solid understanding of data modeling, database design principles, and Power BI report development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g. Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other CRM/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services related to Power Platform.
- Microsoft (or ANSI) SQL Server
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
