The scalability of its products allows merchants of all sizes to add an instant arsenal of intelligent payment technology solutions to their businesses without significant development costs or infrastructure investments.ABOUT THE ROLEAs an integral member of the REPAY Sales Team, the Implementation Coordinator will support and facilitate our sales and implementations teams and the overall goals of our company. You will work closely with our Onboarding, Implementation, and Underwriting Teams and have direct communications with REPAY’s Merchant/Customers and Sponsor Banks. The perfect candidate thoroughly enjoys digging for information, is highly organized and detail-oriented, able to think outside the box and is comfortable talking to customers and asking probing questions. RESPONSIBILITIES
·Provide day-to-day administrative support as needed to Director of Sales ·Provide support as required to Sales Representatives to achieve new account acquisition and new account revenue goals ·Serve as liaison with new merchant/clients to assist during application submission and boarding/implementation deployment phases ·Contact merchants to assist in submitting Pends when additional information needs to be supplied to the Underwriting Department ·Provide quality assurance in reviewing all merchant application submissions ·Review merchant profiles and data detail/entry within Salesforce ·Provide one-call resolution with regards to Sales Representative inquiries on products, services, policies & procedures, new account boarding, pricing, and other general inquiries ·Assist in managing escalated issues with clients and Sales Representatives ·Assist managers with general new account portfolio reporting and analytics ·Provide other sales support as necessary
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
·Min 2 years of sales and/or administrative experience in financial services/banking industry and/or payments industry experience a plus ·Any technical skill set is a plus ·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities ·Ability to learn quickly and to work both independently and as part of a team toward the achievement of client and team goals ·Exhibits a proactive and forward-thinking approach to support ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills ·Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly and creatively identify and resolve issues ·Strong organizational & time management skills ·High motivation and attention to detail a must ·Proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Excel and Adobe ·Experience with CRM systems (e.g.
