JOB DESCRIPTION
Antares’ Americas Investor Coverage Team is hiring an Analyst to support its fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will work with senior professionals to drive AUM growth by supporting business-building initiatives, such as CRM management, meeting preparation/follow-up, and collaborating with partner groups to drive investor due diligence requests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the preparation of capital raising initiatives, such as submitting prospective investor due diligence requests, coordinating road shows, and preparing meeting briefs.
- Monitor planned deployment activity across the institutional investor community and provide updates for weekly team meetings.
- Regularly update and monitor the CRM to ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in virtual pension fund investment committee meetings and review/upload relevant minutes and materials to internal databases.
- Collaborate with Product, IR, and Marketing professionals to support strategic initiatives.
- Coordinate with partner groups across the organization to obtain and synthesize information from the investment teams, performance, legal, tax, operations, finance, and accounting teams to prepare materials and onboard investment vehicles.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree required in finance or a related area
- Series SIE preferred and willingness and ability to pass Series 7 and 66
SKILLS
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to clearly articulate viewpoint verbally and in writing

- Must be willing to work from the New York office and travel as necessary.
New York City Only: salary ranges are specific to market location; the salary range for this position is USD $100,000 to $125,000 and eligible for annual bonus.
