Reporting to the Manager, International Marketing Operations, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors to create and deliver demand generation activity across a variety of regions. This will involve collaborating closely with the Global Marketing Team to design and execute on-brand projects and improve overall lead generation across a range of channels including events, content development, social media, email and print.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Work as a key member of the marketing team to execute a data driven marketing strategy targeting net-new prospects and existing client accounts through integrated campaigns and programs that drive lead generation and traffic through inbound and outbound activities
- Plan and deliver all activity with a keen appreciation for the target audience, region and objectives
- Experience in using marketing CRM tools (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo, Dotdigital, Hubspot)
- Create and manage the timeline, program, budget and task list for activity, including logistics, promotions, execution and post activity reporting
- Work with marketing stakeholders to envision and execute activity creatives such as booth graphics, advertisements and promotional assets
- Plan and collaborate across teams to produce content for a wide range of marketing channels (social media posts, blog articles, one-pagers, sales presentations, email marketing, ad campaigns, newsletters and other assets) that build meaningful connections and encourages action
- Plan and execute regional events, tradeshows, customer and Channel events from start to finish
- Maintain inventory and control distribution of Cofense promotional brand materials
- On-site support and travel for events where necessary
- Ensure timely post-event delivery of leads/list scrubs and create post program reports related to event ROI for internal stakeholders
- Conceptualize and help deliver digital programs including email and social media, working closely with the product and sales teams to ensure accurate product and strategy messaging
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to keep them informed and engaged on the status of our international activity plans
- Continuously improve through tracking, measurement, analysis and reporting on effectiveness of demand creation campaigns and impact on pipeline, making recommendations for future programs, best practices and investments

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Writing, proofing and editing skills, with application in a corporate environment.
- Corporate event management experience
- Project management skills and the ability to understand what’s needed to execute project requirements – partnering with team members as needed.
- Possesses natural curiosity to dig into new tools and learn new marketing technologies.
- A team player who demonstrates initiative, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, iterative, and deadline-driven environment and willing to get stuck in.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across geographies.
- Proven working experience in social media marketing.
- Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Education and/or Experience:
- 2+ years of progressive experience in a Marketing role
- B2B technology experience a major plus
- University degree in Marketing or Communications or related discipline preferred
