Monument Traders Alliance offers 8 different subscription-based financial trading services, catering to Members worldwide. These loyal Members are the heart of our business, and its employees take great pride in cultivating long-lasting relationships with them.As such, the MTA team is seeking a Digital Community Moderator to act as a member advocate in providing a white-glove experience within our live trading services.In this role, you’ll be building relationships and driving community for them.
This means being front and center in assisting them with their financial subscriptions and helping them to get the most out of their memberships. It also means communicating with them via private moderation and our main chatroom feeds - as well as playing a central role in building and managing the Member community. You will also be a go-to resource for financial information and will be designing tools and resources that will aid these Members as they educate themselves on finance.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-class service to Members through proactive communications via our suite of moderation tools
- Drive and manage initiatives that foster community for Members online, where they can engage and learn from one another
- Identify opportunities to provide support for Members regarding financial services and Member benefits
- Design and push forward tools and resources that help Members become successful traders
- Solicit testimonials from Members and manage reviews on public sites to make sure the MTA’s online reputation is in good order
- Solicit sales opportunities by providing leads to our VIP sales team from engaged and curious members of our other services
The ideal Digital Community Moderator will be a resourceful and organized person who possesses a get-it-done ethos. We are looking for a team player who has a knack for identifying and shaping strategic initiatives that help our members know they always come first. Not least importantly, whoever fills this role should be professional and courteous and able to communicate clearly and respectfully with our members in accordance with the MTA brand. This person will thrive in a role that involves proactive thinking, taking initiative, and making a difference in other people’s lives.
Knowledge of finance is not required, but a desire to learn and understand investment/trading concepts and our industry is needed in order to be successful in this role. Experience in hospitality is a plus as well.In this role, you will be joining a diverse team of driven professionals who go to great lengths to support each other and who take great pride in seeing the members thrive. The work environment is casual, but work ethic and quality expectations are high. This role offers a hybrid office environment, where employees work some days from home and others from the Monument Traders Alliance’s headquarters in the Mt.
Vernon neighborhood of Baltimore.
