The Sales and Shared Services Recruiter reports to the Talent Management Manager and is responsible for supporting the Recruiting team by identifying and attracting top-tier talent. This role collaborates closely with the Talent team to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and execute the full recruiting lifecycle to ensure that we maintain a high-performing workforce. The areas of recruitment will be heavily focused on Sales and Shared Services, including Finance, Accounting and HR roles.
Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
- Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Team to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify those who possess the skills and qualifications required for various roles within the organization.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, industry events, and networking, to attract top talent.
- Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. This includes timely scheduled interviews, accuracy within offer letters and overall data collection.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Meriplex, promoting our values, culture, and career opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their recruitment needs and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Maintain clear and open communication with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to provide timely updates and feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to advise on competitive offers and recruitment strategies.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Behaviors:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software, preferably UKG.
- Adept at building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to recruiting and hiring.
Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in an MSP or IT-related industry.
- Strong understanding of various roles within the organization including Sales (Account Manager, Account Executives, and VP level roles) as well as Corporate positions-Finance, Accounting and Administrative.
