Cultivation Technician
Department: CultivationGrow Sciences is an Arizona cannabis cultivation and extraction company, focused on elite products that delight the consumer. We are B2B2C in that we sell direct to dispensaries, while also seeking direct relationships with the consumers who purchase our products. We are rapidly growing and have become the go-to top shelf option for dispensaries and consumers in the state of Arizona, and we are looking for top talent that will give us depth and expertise in multiple areas as we expand our reach. We are looking for the person, not the resume. We are looking for the energy, not the amount of years you have worked in a grow or grown in your closet. The interview process will start with the cultivation manager. If we think the fit is there you will sit with the head of operations and the owner for a final interview. After that, it's off to the races. The pay for this position is $20 hourly. If you are some absurd killer that does the work of three people and believes you deserve more then tell us why and we can discuss it. Required Skills
- Ability to learn
- Skill in analyzing potential problems with a plant or the product being processed
- Able to enjoy a company happy hour and not make a total ass of yourself.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of grow warehouse
- Must have accountability, proactive behavior and strong attention to detail
- Candidate must be at least 21 years of age
