Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and the Jerusalem office to plan and execute AIEF Israel seminars
- Assist stakeholders with recruitment, itinerary development, planning, and alumni engagement
- Serve as the main point of contact for trip participants regarding trip logistics, including flight and hotel arrangements
- Work with stakeholders before and after the trip to assess programs and speakers
- Work with participants to ensure local, state, and federal ethics compliance as needed
- Assist with the development of pre-trip educational resources
- Assist with AIEF alumni events, and other national events as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years of work experience in a program management, scheduling, or assistant position strongly preferred
- Passion for Israel, and the U.S.- Israel relationship
- Familiarity with U.S. politics, Congress, and foreign policy preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and discretion; ability to interact professionally with colleagues, donors, board members, congressional staff, and political leaders
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Interest and aptitude for learning new technology
- Experience with Excel strongly preferred
- Experience in project management software and online platforms a plus
- Fastidious attention to detail
- Demonstrated research and writing ability
- Bachelor's degree preferred

AIPAC is offering a competitive market base salary for the position between $55,000.00 and $75,000.00
