Procurement and Warehouse Specialist

● Oversee purchase of materials and supplies● Maintain excellent communication with business stakeholders● Review technical specifications of raw materials● Provide purchasing forecasts for new projects and inventories● Manage warehousing of inventory and stocking levels● Organize purchasing schemas and trends● Organize the receipt and intake of supplies● Provide analysis on purchasing habits● Establish and operate PR/PO process● Oversee shipment intake, audit and receipt● Consolidate like-purchasing across sites of similar function● Maintain relationships with vendors and monitor price drift● Assist with managing new product introductionQualifications:The Procurement Specialist should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of audits and basic inventory principles.

The position also requires an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Google Apps and BioTrack THC experience is preferred.The position requires a minimum of two years industry experience including an understanding of basic accounting practices, financial reports, and ADHS regulations.
