ProSites is adding to our team of Digital Marketing, Sales Consultants. We are seeking a few driven individuals to join our sales team in the areas of…
- Prospectors, Appointment Setters, Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Our SDR’s support our Account Advisers by making or exceeding a set number of outbound prospecting calls daily that are needed to set a designated number of appointments.
- If you have grit and a proven successful track record of cold calling/appointment setting as well as a positive attitude and can-do mentality, we want to hear from you!
- Earnings = 50% Salary, 25% variable earnings for hitting/exceeding quotas. Uncapped earnings.
- Hunters/New Business Developers, Sellers
- Follow up on leads, target prospects using our extensive database, develop a pipeline and close new business by providing our suite of website solutions.
- Identify key decision-makers to initiate the sales process, close business via the phone/email.
- Meet/exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Provide compelling product demos emphasizing how we serve clients through value and benefits, discussing contract terms, quoting prices and closing sales.
- Earnings = 50% Salary, 50% commissions for hitting/exceeding quotas. Uncapped Earnings.
- Farmers/Account Advisers
- AAs meet/exceed their monthly, quarterly and annual individual sales quotas by providing complex marketing solutions specifically designed for the professionals they serve in the areas of either Dental, Accounting, Legal or Animal Health.
- AA’s partner with their clients by conducting in-depth needs assessment to help understand the current and future growth needs of their business. They educate those they serve on how to better their digital footprint to fuel their growth, as well as on current buying trends. AA’s use data to navigate conversations and recommendations.
- AA’s are responsible for making outbound calls to leads and/or clients to sell our full portfolio of products.
- AA’s record daily sales activities within our CRM (Salesforce) appropriately to monitor client engagement, sales funnel development, qualify prospects, build pipelines and capture key data points to enable accurate sales reporting.
- AA’s develop sales plans for their clients to help ensure they achieve their individual goals.
- In some cases, AA’s attend trade shows, participate in exhibitor booths, as needed.

Key Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years inside sales experience in a direct account executive or indirect sales support role.
- Self-starter mindset.
- Ability to provide clear and comprehensive written documentation using MS Office.
- Ability to provide high quality communication that is respectful and professional.
- You are passionate about building relationships, understanding business and serving others.
- Experience in dealing with CRM systems, (e.g. Salesforce.com, HubSpot, MS Dynamics, NetSuite).
- General understanding of and sufficient level of comfort with internet technology, SEO, digital marketing.
- Coachability, you bring a growth mindset every day and feel excited to learn from your peers. Feedback empowers you.
- You naturally possess an inquisitive approach and can dig deep to find the answers from a client.
- You work well across a variety of personalities.
- You are good with time management and organizational skills.
- You can build consistent new business revenue pipeline.
- Commitment and curiosity to stay current with industry trends.
- Comfortable with serving and interacting with business owners in the areas of Dental, Veterinary, Accounting or Legal practices.
- Able to balance a customer service approach with a sales approach.
- You are focused on a long-term career, many of our sales consultants have been here a decade or longer.
- Driven to succeed in a high commission environment.
- Persistent and able to handle objections professionally.
- Thrives in a self-directed, self-driven sales environment.
- Comfortable working remotely.
- Regular and reliable attendance is required as this is a full-time position.
Physical/Mental Requirements for the Job:
- Prolonged periods of sedentary movement.
- May be requested to work overtime and weekends if deemed necessary.
- Must be able to lift at least 20 pounds.
- Certain management positions might be required to occasional travel.
