What you will do
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .NET Engineer to join our team. As a .NET Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect scalable solutions, and implement robust and efficient code.
Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality software solutions using the .NET framework.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
Architect scalable and maintainable software solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure proper testing and quality assurance of developed software.
Investigate and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring timely bug fixes and enhancements.
Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in .NET technologies, and propose new solutions and approaches to improve development processes and outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and provide technical guidance and support.
Participate in agile development methodologies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery.
Requirements and technical skills
Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in software development using the .NET framework, including C# and ASP.NET.
Proficiency in designing and developing web applications using frameworks like ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core, or Blazor.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js) is a plus.
Solid understanding of database concepts and experience working with SQL and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework).
Knowledge of software development best practices, including code versioning, testing methodologies, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software applications.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within project timelines.
