Description
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising inventory in our warehouse and parts and supplies. This position is responsible for ensuring accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments to supply our customers with timely product placement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise outgoing inventory for shipping accuracy and consistency
- Supervise incoming inventory against packing list for receiving accuracy and consistency
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks as it pertains to equipment, parts, supplies and other inventory related items
- Supervise boxing and unboxing equipment, parts, supplies and related equipment as it pertains to set-ups and staging
- Supervise ship-ins, receive accordingly and deliver to setup area
- Supervise ship-outs, depending on situation, ship out via WWE and/or JC Delivery
- Supervise labeling parts and supplies relative to stocking locations
- Identify and resolve problems related to inventory variances, stockroom operations and vendor orders
- Supervise and perform physical inventories of central warehouse location cyclically
- Supervise the stockroom inventory against computer generated reports
- Supervise to keep inventory stock/shelves in proper sequence, clean, accurate and organized
- Supervise to keep warehouse clean and safe and order
- Perform other activities that support DOCUmation and our service organization
- Supervise to ensures transfers are done timely and accurately and real-time
- Must be able to drive a forklift while following safety guidelines
- Responsible for vendor relations as it pertains to best pricing scenarios, warranty and rebate incentives
- Supervise the wrapping of machines, label printing, and machine stocking
- Review and approve or reject non-routine trunk and/or replacement part requisitions in concert with Field Service Manager (FSM)
- Supervise and assist or conduct scanning on all equipment and accessories quarterly and reconcile
- Perform duties to include assisting operational manger on any in-house repairs
Experience & Required Skills
- 1-2 yrs.+ inventory control/warehouse experience
- Technical knowledge/skills

- Inventory Control Experience
- Forklift certified
Education & Certification
- Minimum: High School Diploma or GED
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, and kneel
- Ability to operate Forklift machinery
- Visual acuity to read printed and electronic documents
- Ability to regularly and clearly communicate with others
- Ability to lift, pull, and push 50 lb boxes and parts
