QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Must have at least two (2) years’ of aviation-related experience. • High School Diploma or an Equivalent• Proficient with Microsoft Applications• Proficient in the English language• Employee will be required to successfully obtain a repairman’s certificate with the company if they do not have, or are in process of obtaining, an airframe and powerplant license. • Knowledge of FAR 145 regulations • Must Successfully complete a comprehensive background check • This position is safety sensitive and adheres to DOT drug and alcohol regulations
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review incoming maintenance documents for accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.• Analyze airworthiness directives, service bulletins and service letters for applicability to company aircraft fleet.• Conduct internal audits and reviews of the systems, procedures, manuals, programs and work cards as well as various areas of operations and departments as assigned.• Conduct external audits of contractors, vendors and maintenance facilities.• Verify that all work tasks completed by production personnel and applicable forms are in accordance with MPP’s, CFR’s and company policy and procedures.• Continual spot review of daily log pages, non-routines and work package contents for completeness, correct use of appropriate references and approved data.• Maintain the NCR/CAR logs as well as the review and follow up of all non-conforming product reports and corrective action reports.• Assist in back to birth trace research for purchased and acquired components.
