Summary of Position:
As a member of the Materials Management team, this role will focus on ensuring all inventory movements are documented and transacted within the existing inventory management program. The Inventory Specialist will provide secure control of the inbound and outbound flow of traffic at WaterBridge’s inventory locations. Additionally, this role will assist the Inventory Supervisor in regular inventory management practices, including but not limited to, spot counts, cycle counts, quarterly and year-end inventory counts, inventory discrepancy reconciliations, item labeling, item organization and material movement record keeping.
This position will report directly to the Inventory Supervisor of WaterBridge Stateline and will be responsible for liaising with all departments, as well as other stakeholder groups, to evaluate, prioritize and execute all Materials Management requirements.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

- Maintaining accuracy between physical inventory and system.
- Adequately stocking parts and equipment required by stakeholders and replenished accordingly.
- Documenting all material movements and transact within the existing inventory management program, in a timely manner.
- Securely controlling inbound and outbound flow of deliveries and pick-ups at internal inventory yards/warehouses.
- Conducting spot counts, monthly cycle counts, mid and year-end inventory counts while reconciling discrepancies.
- Maintaining yard cleanliness and organization.
- Sourcing stakeholder’s material needs from local vendors and other WaterBridge inventory locations as needed.
- Working with P2P team to initiate Purchase Order creation.
- Executing replenishment orders according to existing contracts with preferred suppliers.
- Conducting regular communication with stakeholders regarding material needs.
- Reporting safety/environmental issues to management.
- Understanding and adhering to all Safety and Environmental rules and regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and saltwater disposal requirements.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Have a high school diploma or GED is required (associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Inventory Management; Oil & Gas preferred.
- Have the ability to utilize relevant computer software for 8-10 hours/daily. Knowledge in FIIX CMMS knowledge is a plus.
- Must be proficient in utilizing Excel, Microsoft Office, and Word.
- Have strong organizational skills and customer service experience is desired.
- Be able to complete tasks in a team atmosphere or alone with little to no supervision.
- Have excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Have the ability to analyze information, situations, problems, policies, and procedures to formulate logical and effective decisions or solve problems; Communication with management is a must.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be able to clearly communicate with vendors regarding material specifications.
- Able to work extended hours if and when needed.

- Operates in a warehouse and field environment.
