ACERTUS is an automotive logistics company that offers portfolio of services that span across the vehicle lifecycle. As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for processing invoices for the drayage and repo service lines through TRUKT, generating payments for repo agents in NetSuite, generating payments for drayage carriers in NetSuite, invoice through RDN, managing all accounting aspects of work flow through RDN, creating order in TRUKT, and collaborating with the Sacramento team, while providing financial and administrative support to the organizationSchedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmPay: $18 - $20/hr.
Hybrid Schedule after training completed.
What will you be doing?
- Processing invoices for the drayage and repo service lines through TRUKT.
- Process payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Generating and sending invoices as needed.
- Prompt communication with carriers and vendors about payment needs/status via phone and email.
- Manage workflow for Repo through RDN.
- Create orders in TRUKT.
- Manage refund invoices and apply refund checks.
- Prepare CSV files for vendor invoice upload.
- Bill clients.
- Audit bank data to verify customers are billed and reconciled properly
- All other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have at least one year of experience with accounts payable or accounts receivable
- Previous experience working in TRUKT preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products – specifically Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with accounting systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of general ledger and accounting functions.
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to analyze spreadsheets and reports.
