Key Responsibilities/ Duties:
Provide Process Optimization and Analytical Support
- Analyze sales data and generate forecast and metric reports for sales management.
- Enable sales teams with tools processes, reports, execution analysis and growth initiative coordination.
- Engage sales to identity and isolate barriers to sales productivity, sponsor / lead programs or projects and initiatives to improve sales productivity.
- Be accountable for driving recommendations through to implementation.
- Continually evaluate and improve operations processes, increase automation, methods for data analysis to enable team productivity and sales performance.
Manage Sales Reporting
- Develop scalable, automated reporting and dashboards to provide benchmarking and progress against key performance goals and initiatives.
- Provide routine reporting of bookings, top customer performance, opportunity pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
- Report on the pipeline generation needs and variances, while working with sales leadership to identify areas of opportunity or concern.
- Proactively ensure data quality, lead data clean-up activities as quality issues are discovered.
Operational Liaison with Sales Team
- Support sales leadership in effective sales team communication.
- Drive cross functional objectives to resolve issues across organizations in support of bookings and revenue attainment.
- Responsible for addressing commission disputes, approving or denying by engaging finance and other business units to validate.
- Manage cost of sales, commission plans and calculate commissions.

Education/ Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master’s degree or equivalent preferred in Sales, Marketing or related field preferred.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with sales tools to enhance productivity and increase contact base
- Responsive to deadlines, detail oriented, and a strong team player
- Exceptional independent problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to interact professionally, courteously, and effectively
- Customer service focused
- 7+ years of Sales Operations experience
- Salesforce.com and Salesloft experience
Physical Demands:
Sedentary Work – Exerts up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and/or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
