Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic, international team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user experience design and visual design, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless and engaging user interfaces. You will work closely with our Product Management and Development teams to design, develop, and improve our software products.Responsibilities:
- Work with agile scrum teams on a SaaS product creating user interfaces that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
- Collaborate with Product Management to understand user needs, business objectives, and product requirements.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs is consistent with the vision.
- Maintain design systems and ensure a consistent look and feel across all products.
- Host design reviews and incorporate feedback into designs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Management and Development.
- Excellent visual design skills with a focus on fit and finish.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
