Job Summary:


The Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator will enhance marketing and communication efforts by creating visually compelling brochures, proposals, infographics, advertisements, and event materials for special projects, events, and marketing campaigns. 

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Design brochures, announcements, proposals, infographics, advertisements, info sheets, custom invitations, signage, event and campaign materials, and firm publications.
  • Develop templates in InDesign, Illustrator, Word, and PowerPoint for general marketing and special projects.
  • Knowledge in FIGMA a plus
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including intake, formatting, and distribution.
  • Ensure continuity and brand compliance across digital platforms, updating internal and external online media with relevant content.
  • Design and manage social media campaigns to increase traffic to the firm's online channels.
  • Support mobile development and stay updated with the latest technologies and trends.
  • Serve as a power user and administrator of content management systems for websites, intranets, microsites, event management, and email marketing platforms.
  • Manage and organize the daily workflow of marketing projects.
  • Implement firm brand goals into all visual designs.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to produce and deliver professional collateral.
  • Maintain company photos and marketing assets.
  • Edit and refine PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist with overall event coordination.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Premier).

Skills & Competencies:


  • Experience in digital page layout, including HTML emails, blogs, and webpage design.
  • Proficient in creating, editing, and maintaining video and audio files and interactive PDFs using iMovie, Premier, Vimeo, or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency in both MAC and PC environments.
  • Strong skills in the MS Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Experience with email and event management platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HUBSPOT a plus), Microsoft, HTML, CSS, SQL, or .net is preferred.
  • Comfortable with online digital applications/formats such as WordPress.
  • Knowledge of printing processes and experience preparing documents for professional printing.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication in a collaborative professional environment.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when needed.

Physical Demands & Work Environment: 


  • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to utilize keyboard, mouse, and computer for up to 6-8 hours per day.
  • Ability to utilize telephone/video conferencing for approximately 2-4 hours per day.
  • Ability to lift and/or move at least 10 pounds.
  • Ability to perform simple grasping, including handwriting, paper manipulation, sorting, folding, etc. periodically throughout the entire workday.
  • Frequently remain in a stationary position throughout day.
