Summary of Position:
As a member of the Materials Management team, the Warehouse / Yard Associate position will focus on assisting the operation of WaterBridge inventory facilities through physical material management.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
The following represents most of the duties performed by the position but is not meant to be all-inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned when necessary. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.As a Warehouse / Yard Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in daily/routine material handling (receiving, issuing, loading, organizing, etc.).
- Pulling and staging material orders in accordance with provided requests from the field.
- Validating incoming orders for accuracy from provided shipping documents.
- Maintaining yard and warehouse cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Providing oversight to contractors performing work in the yard and/or warehouse.
- Assisting in management of the inventory facility (yard and warehouse) as it relates to grounds keeping, building maintenance, etc.
- Reporting safety/environmental issues to management.
- Understanding and adhering to all Safety and Environmental rules and regulations.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and saltwater disposal requirements.
- Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Have a high school diploma or GED preferred.
- Have a valid driver’s license.
- Relevant work experience in an inventory, warehouse, and outdoor environment is preferred.
Working Conditions/Environment:
- Operates in a warehouse and field environment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds and must be able to carry a self-contained breathing apparatus if needed. Specific vision abilities required by the job includes close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Position Type:
- This is a full-time position.
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.
- Working after hours and weekends are frequent and will be evenly distributed amongst the Materials Management team.
