JOB DESCRIPTION
This is an exciting opportunity to work with an amazing Operations team! This role will be responsible for trade settlements for internal, Asset Management, Liquid Credit, and external trades. The Analyst will create and execute closing documentation, wire processing, and trade processing in the portfolio management system while working closely with various vendors to ensure timely and accurate settlement. Trade Closing Team works closely with the Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Treasury functions. While managing and fostering strong relationships with external counterparties and agents.⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and coordinate closing documentation for trade pipeline.
- Process trades in LIQ and WSO and setup wiring information when needed.
- Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of trade workflow, coordinating with business units or external counterparties for settlement.
- Process KYC/Onboarding for counterparties as well as working with counterparties to onboard Antares entities.
- Partner with vendors and trustees to ensure timely and accurate booking and settlement of trades.
- Work with Tax, Finance, Asset Management, Capital Markets, and Treasury for trade settlement inquiries.
- Ensure timely application and release of funds as well as working with Treasury for forecasting of activity.
- Assist in projects and identification of issues and areas for process improvement.
- Recommend solutions and changes as needed to internal Standard Operating Procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree, with a preferred concentration in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
- 3+ years’ experience with a financial institution or other organization with exposure to loan documents.
- Strong understanding of Loan Operations with some exposure to Asset Management and or Structured Products.
- Knowledge of LoanIQ, Wall street Office, and Clearpar a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 with emphasis on Outlook, Word and Excel usage or comparable software application.
- Motivated self-starter with a responsive, friendly, and professional demeanor and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to be decisive, highly organized and prioritize tasks including the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust priorities as needed in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining careful attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work productively in a cross-functional team environment with both internal and external stakeholders while taking individual responsibility for quality and accuracy.
- Proven record of reliability and dedication to high quality work product.
