Job Title: Administrative Support Coordinator
In this role, you will:
As a key player, you’ll be the go-to person for ordering office supplies, ensuring our teams have everything they need to succeed. Your knack for booking travel arrangements will see our staff jet-setting without a hitch, and your eagle eye for detail will shine as you submit and reconcile expense/invoicing reports with pinpoint accuracy.
What it takes:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years of related experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Must be able to display professional business/office etiquette.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- A valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card OR must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.
Qualifications that set candidates apart from the crowd
- AA in Business Administration or related subject
- 5 years of related experience
- High proficiency with MS Office Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
