Full-timeDescriptionThe Technical Systems Analyst will provide Tier 2 level technical support in the Fresh Works ticketing systems for all internal and external customers. This individual will assist in triaging the tickets (incidents, service requests and projects) with other Technical Systems Analysts and Information Technology Director.

  • This individual will have Advanced report building skills with a proficiency in SQL programming, Crystal Reports, SSRS and Global Software.
  • This individual will be responding to the ticketing system (incidents, service requests and projects) in a timely manner based upon defined SLA metrics.
  • The duties will include installs, upgrades, moves, and changes for computer workstation hardware and software, printers, and other peripheral
  • Providing software engineering support on both next generation technologies and proven platforms
  • Participating in software development of internal projects across all phases of the design lifecycle from concept development to implementation and support test activities for existing applications
  • Working cohesively on a multi-functional team with a wide diversity of technologies

Environment


  • This position operates in a professional office/manufacturing environment.
  • This is an on-site position (not hybrid or remote)
  • This role supports multiple locations: specifically – TAR, TET, TEC locations.
  • This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cell phones, photocopiers.
  • Sitting, light lifting of computer and periphery devices (50 lbs.)
  • Regularly required to speak and hear requests via cell phone/TEAMS
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands, fingers, handle and feel parts or boxes, reach with hands and arms

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:


  • Experience in aerospace industry or related field
  • Completed a bachelor’s degree in computer science/computer engineering/CIS/MIS or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years experience with SyteLine ERP systems or ERP systems development, or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires excellent communication, analytical, facilitation and negotiation skills, data process modeling, knowledge of competition, industry happenings and knowledge of how the company is positioning itself is a plus.
  • Strong technical knowledge of PCs, laptops, printers and peripheral hardware devices
  • This individual will have advanced experience with Windows server, Active Directory, AV software and Helpdesk Software. Strong working knowledge of Windows, MS Office. MS-DOS, ERP Applications, communications software, virus protection and diagnostic software.
  • This individual will have advanced report building skills with proficiency in SQL programming, Crystal Reports, SSRS and Global Software.
  • Office 365 administration

Preferred Education and Experience:


  • Cyber Security Experience a plus
  • ITIL experience a plus
