Job title: Training Consultant – Reflective Supervision
Working under the direction of the Senior Consultant – Leadership and Strategy, the Training Consultant will facilitate various Reflective Supervision training sessions, including New Employee, New Manager and targeted skills sessions. The Consultant will also take a lead role in the development of new professional development courses. This is a part time role – estimated to average 10 hours per week.
In this role you will:
- Participate in the regular Reflective Supervision Workgroup meetings, as well as any of the relevant subgroup planning meetings.
- As part of a team, facilitate various Reflective Supervision trainings throughout the Agency, including New Employee Training and New Managers Training
- Participate in the design and delivery of additional workforce development training courses as assigned.
- Coordinate assigned training course to ensure proper arrangements and communications
What it takes:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Services, or related field
- At least 5 years experience in Supervision in education or social service
- Experience leading/facilitating leadership, ECE, and infant/family practice training
- Experience in development of professional development training in areas noted above
- Demonstrated understanding of the Reflective Supervision model
