Everything we do originates from our focus on user experience and outcomes.The RoleThe Project Administrator initiates, prepares, and reviews project schedules, assignments, taskings, and progress with the government affairs team and senior management. The incumbent will be involved in significant initiatives as they relate to Versaterm and its products. Performs related duties as required. This position reports to the SVP of Strategic Sales working closely with the government affairs team and senior management. Assists in preparing action plans, status reports, risk analysis, and managing resources. Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Government Affairs team in planning and organizing project activities, including creating project schedules, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines.
  • Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Maintain project documentation and records, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
  • Monitor project progress and update project managers on key milestones, risks, and issues.
  • Assist in resource allocation and tracking, ensuring that team members have the necessary tools and resources to complete their tasks.
  • Support the implementation of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis on project-related topics to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in budget management and expense tracking for projects.
  • Assist in the preparation of project presentations, reports, and other project-related materials.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP, CAPM, or PRINCE2 (preferred).

Experience

  • Proven experience as a project administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with project team members and stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in managing project documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project risks and issues.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project and Power Apps.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with individuals at all levels of an organization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficient in Office 365 platform to include MS PowerApps, SharePoint, Power Automate Flows, and Power BI.
