Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst


The Quality Assurance Analyst works under regular direction of the Quality Assurance Supervisor providing comprehensive support for the collection, tracking, synthesizing, and reporting of data across the Quality First Coaching and Incentives and the Quality First Academy programs. The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the QF Incentives Analyst to ensure accurate and timely deliverables to community partners, subcontractors, and funders.

In this role you will:


  • Utilizes a Dynamics database for data input and data tracking in support of quality assurance efforts.
  • Manipulates raw data to create reports and visuals to highlight key components of the QF Coaching and Incentives work.
  • Actively works to refine and enhance processes and procedures related to QF incentives and other contract deliverables.
  • Assists in the coordination, access, and utilization of Quality First (QF) incentive funds for enrolled QF participants.
  • Manages the Quality First Academy (QFA) roster and tracks attendance and evaluation data for all QFA professional development offerings to develop comprehensive data reports for the funder. 
  • Collaborates with agency Registry Coordinator to create and submit professional development hour reports for QFA technical assistance professionals.
  • Supports incentive/financial audits in collaboration with the SWHD Finance team.
  • Helps design and develop incentive guidance documents, webinars, and/or videos to support coaches, coordinators, and QF participants.
  • Supports the annual QF data collection processes including Incentive Funds Agreements, License Capacity Verification, and Expenditure Reports.
  • Manages the QFA email account, outgoing email templates and ongoing correspondence with technical assistance professionals across the state.
  • Utilizes agency accounting systems (i.e. SparkRock) as applicable and appropriate for position.
  • Performs duties in an organized, efficient, and timely manner. 
  • Demonstrates sensitivity to linguistic, cultural, social, economic, individual and role differences among QF participants served.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What it takes:


  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, business or similar field
  • Proficient with technology, including the use of spreadsheets and databases
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Must be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
