Responsibilities:
Locate account holders and establish contact via phone calls, emails, letters, etc. in order to set up and monitor payment plans. Maintain and update student financial records and contact information in Campus VueWork with Director to establish collection goals and manage the collection process for all accountsStrong emphasis on maintaining written procedures and complying with all Federal and State regulations and internal controls.This position requires extensive customer interaction, handling of customer payments, and working on the phone.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of High School Diploma or GEDBe self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. 1+ year call center experienceComputer proficiency using Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)1+ year of Customer Service experience
Desired Qualifications:
1+ year of Collections Experience on delinquent accountsExperience with ExcelStudent Loans Collections ExperienceExperience working in Higher Education
