Senior Recruiter - IT
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understands and owns the JD for current requirements and supports Head - recruitment in fulfilling the same in agreed timelines.
- Sources and screens resumes through Web Portals (preferably Naukri.com and Monster.Com), Professional and Social Networking sites.
- Conducts phone, virtual, and/ or in-person interviews.
- Does thorough checks on interest towards the opportunity, fitment against various aspects like compensation, time required to join, location, overall tech stack fitment etc.
- Responsible to hand-hold the candidate through the recruitment process, scheduling interviews and collating feedback
- Supports Recruitment Head on collecting required documents, validating the documents, background verification and Offer status etc.
- Buddies with the offered candidate to ensure smooth and timely onboarding
- Prepares Daily Status report, Weekly report and owns the ATS data accuracy
- Oversees day-to-day HR operations and acts as HR POC for defined employee population
Education, Skills and Experience:
- Relevant post graduate degree coupled with a minimum of 4 years experience in IT hiring for similar organizations
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Expert command on MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Must have exposure to complete life cycle of a contract, full time IT recruitment process, and end-to-end recruitment
- High ownership and stakeholder management skills.
