Position Summary:
The Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the processes that enable marketing to operate efficiently and effectively while managing the execution of programs and campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
• Create and maintain performance dashboards and reporting to track marketing performance and insights, collaborating with marketing team on optimization and actions. Articulate overall marketing performance against goals and levers for improvement/upside. Assess and recommend optimizations to improve accuracy of tracking and attribution. • Develop and document marketing processes and workflows to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability • Execute marketing tactics in Pardot including but not limited to creating lists and building engagement studios.
• Assess and optimize MAT templates to modernize brand look and feel. • Manage marketing projects via project management tools from conception to execution, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budgets. Oversee marketing budget in collaboration with finance and marketing leadership team. • Maintain awareness of current trends in marketing systems with a focus on segmentation, demand generation, and application of key technologies to drive efficiency, effectiveness and experience delivery to customers.
What You Bring to the Role:

You can articulate and communicate findings with peers and leaders across the organization. • You love processes and workflows and enjoy leading teams through transformations in how we work. • You have experience executing in marketing automation systems ideally in Pardot and HubSpot. • You have strong written and oral communication skills including simplifying visualizations of data to support findings.
