Intermediate 3-6 Years’ Experience
Works under minimal supervision to monitor, manage, and troubleshoot issues with software and networking/server hardware at customer sites. Act as an escalation path for Technical Support on field support requirements and issuesInteract with Product Test to ensure products delivered within projected schedules.
Qualification:
US Citizen
- 3-6 years Relevant Experience in the context of operational data center environments network design and implementation knowledge – Linux, Windows Operating Systems, VMWare, Network Storage, Databases, Network Software Applications, automated kickstart installations, command-line administration including some bash/shell scripting, Microsoft WSUS/SCRM Update processes
- Mobile Device Management, Device Provisioning
- Understanding of Linux software/tools – i.e. tcpdump, syslog, Apache Tomcat, HA/DRBD, PAM
- Understanding of SNMP and Network Monitoring Solutions
- Knowledge of DoD SRS/STIGs, general knowledge of Cellular Telephones/PDAs and GSM/CDMA networks. Possesses or ability to obtain a SECRET or above Clearance
BS degree required – Computer Science, Engineering or in a related area with 3 years’ experience or at least 5 years’ experience in related areaApriva is an equal opportunity employer
