Summary
Assists with all aspects of inventory, office, warehouse, and works directly with Warehouse Manager to support Sales, Integration, & Service Departments.
Responsibilities
- Complete ETA of equipment, materials, & serialization, and send status to Project Manager & Resource Coordinator daily
- Keep Inventory Warehouse & Cable Cage organized, secured, stocked, accurate, and clean
- Follow Procedures to have equipment and inventory signed out before leaving the warehouse
- Performs inventory counts and runs reports of stock status & availability
- Complete Receipt of Goods, Bin Transfers, Picks, Change Orders, Returns, RMA’s accurately and in a timely manner
- Understands and follows through with preservation & care of all items received, stored, and shipped, methods of use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock and supplies
- Coordinate with Project Managers when products & equipment will need to be released to our Integrators and have it prepared for loading
- Provide basic maintenance of the building. (Replace light bulbs, order supplies, boxes, help take out trash, etc.)
- Be able to communicate effectively and professionally with staff and our customers via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Have the initiative to contact manufacturers, freight carriers, and our Purchasing Department to find the status of missing equipment and supplies
- Organize, track, label, and stage equipment & supplies needed for Integration Projects
- Driving materials around to job sites across the city.
- Driving materials in a Box Truck to job sites.
- Supporting the Integration Department by making sure all inventory concerns are completed before the project is set to bill
- Works with staff, customers, & our Service Department to have defective equipment serviced and/or replaced
Education & Skilled Requirements
- High school completion is required
- Be familiar with using a pallet jack and handling pallet shipments and breakdowns
- Be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Has a strong ability to neatly consolidate inventory and accurately count/maintain inventory records
- Is fluent in using Word, Excel, and Outlook; composing professional emails
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is required
- Ability to successfully pass a background screening process is required
