Supply Chain Interventional Radiology Associate

Scottsdale, AZ (East Bell Road and the 101)
Compensation: $40,000 to $50,000 annually. (Dependent on Experience)

This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of medical supplies and equipment specifically tailored to interventional radiology procedures. You will be responsible for managing inventory levels, coordinating with vendors, and optimizing supply chain processes to support the needs of our interventional radiology department. Our ideal candidate will have superb customer service and organizational skills as they will be representing Envita Interventional Radiology when communicating and working with outside medical facilities. The ability to build and maintain a relationship over the phone and through the web is essential. The ability to be calm, professional, proactive, and flexible in all scenarios is a must.
Job Activities and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for monitoring and forecasting medications, medical equipment, and supplies• Responsible for the procurement of medications, medical equipment, and supplies• Familiarity of catheters and guidewires, microcatheters and micro guidewires, CT supplies, and other various interventional radiology (IR) is a medical supplies.• Analyze data to determine trends and waste• Develop relationships built on clear communication and expectations with various department heads• Maintain and follow current processes and develops new processes for efficiency• Responsible for inventory system maintenance
Qualifications:
• Completion of a 4-year degree from a college or university• Bachelor’s in Supply Chain Management or Logistics required• Must be proficient in Excel• Must understand Vendor Managed Relationships• Must have superb communication skills high-level customer service is a must• Experience in a medical setting• Must take ownership of the position, have a great work ethic, and want to excel at the position
